Delhi Govt Lodges FIR Towards IndiGo, SpiceJet & 2 Different Airways For Not Checking Covid Experiences Of Maharashtra Returnees

The Arvind Kejriwal-led authorities has lodged an FIR in opposition to 4 airways — Indigo, Vistara, SpiceJet and Air Asia. The criticism has been registered as per the Catastrophe Administration Act (DDMA), 2005.

The Aam Aadmi Celebration-led Delhi authorities in its criticism alleged that in an order on April 10, it had introduced a recent set of restrictions as per which, it was obligatory for anybody travelling to Delhi from Maharashtra to hold a unfavourable RT-PCR report dated 72 hours previous to arrival. In response to the order, the rules are to be in impact until April 30.

In the meantime, news company ANI has quoted police officers stating that the Delhi police haven’t registered FIR on the criticism of Delhi govt in opposition to 4 airways. Police are searching for authorized opinion on the matter.
